How long can I expect to wait for my scheduled appointment?
It depends on how many conditions need to be addressed. Separation Health Assessment exams typically lasts at least 1-3 hours.
How do I schedule an appointment?
We do not handle any scheduling in the office.
The staff at your local VA medical center or a VA contractor will mail you a letter with the date and time of your exam.

What should I bring to my appointment?
You may bring your medical records such as Office visit notes, Xray or MRI results, Operative Records, Medication list and other records not yet uploaded in your file.
